The business secretary will tell his party's conference that "murky" corporate practices threaten UK firms and "capitalism kills competition".
He will announce a consultation into issues such as executive pay and the role of directors in takeover battles.
Employers group the CBI said Mr Cable's remarks were "odd" and "emotional".

I am currently in the midst of building a Flash application that will run on a Linux machine inside a web browser, accessing MySQL through PhP. My friend is doing the PhP and MySQL, I am doing the Flash frontend. I have deicided to used Flash MX because it's the newest out there and I would like the program to be as up-to-date as possible.
